I met Jason when I was in the 8th grade. He was a friend of my brother and s older than I. I never really looked at him in “that way” until I 9. He and I were just friends and that’s it! But when I 9 my future sister-in-law told me that she knew this guy that was perfect for me. I was kind of skeptical because I was in school in North Carolina about 500 miles from my home. I did not believe in the long distance thing cause it never worked for me before. But over Christmas break, I agreed to meet the guy she was telling me about. It was Jason. It turned out that Jason had a little thing for me since my frosh year of high school. I still didn’t think of him like that, but we went out and had a wonderful time. So we started to date and soon enough, I was in love. I always knew my first time would be very special and I knew now that Jason would the guy. When I came home for summer we were inseperable. My brother got married that July, right before I went back to NC, so obviously Jason was my date. After the reception we went back to the hotel and I made my way to his room. We stayed up for awhile just talking and doing the things we normally do. And then he just looked at me and said, “I love you, I’ve loved you for likes. Would you please sleep with me tonight?” I could not ask for a more wonderful invitation. So we did it that night and it was wonderful and spectacular and everything a first time should be. He and I are getting married in June (2001). I have no regrets!
