Well, Marc and I had only been dating a little while,
about three months. We were thought of as the “good kids” in
our group of friends. Marc and I loved to keep up the charade
but really only we knew how bad we really were. So it was
New Years and all of our friends were at someone’s house
having a party but we said we couldn’t make it – something
about babysitting. Marc and I laugh at that now. Really we
were on the couch in the basement of my house – my parents
trusted us because we were so well-behaved. But not that
night. After several hours of making-out, we decided to
celebrate the new year together in that oh-so-special way.
I was already on the Pill because I knew we wouldn’t last long.
He carefully undressed himself and me and then we laid
together naked for what seemed like an eternity. We were just
kissing and touching and telling one another how much we loved
each other. Finally, he carefully opened me up and slid himself
in. It didn’t even hurt because I loved and trusted him so
much that I knew he would be gentle enough so that there would
be no pain. There was finally a connection between us more
profound than anything you can imagine. He only lasted a little
while, and I never came but I will always remember the sweet
look of contentment on his face. And mine too, I can imagine.
There really is nothing better than this mutual gift of love
and trust. Marc and I are still together and plan on it for
the rest of our lives. It was a holiday I will never forget.
