Sex — and Rights of the Mentally ill

In America the Social Security Administration pays disability benefits when a person has a Mental or Physical disability which prevents the person from working..
Likewise, America should have Legalized and Regulated Prostitution for those with Mental or Physical disabilities that prevent them from finding a sex partner and having a Healthy Sex life..
Look at the Netherlands, they have legalized and Regulated Prostitution
Please post this message, I have a Mental illness which prevents me from finding a girlfriend.
