It was the spring of my senior year of high school. My prom date, whom I will refer to as Kaz, and I had been dating for about six months. Things had been getting heavier and heavier in recent months, but I expected nothing. The night of our senior prom came, and she looked beautiful.
She wore a red, strapless dress. Her red hair fell down past brown eyes, and I swooned. We drove to the prom and stayed all night at the after-prom, laughing and having fun. Later on, we drove back to my parent’s, where we were sleeping in the camper which was parked right outside their bedroom window. It was another half an hour to her place, and we were both exhausted.
Well… not as exhausted as we were going to be.
We lay there in the bed, cuddled up. I couldn’t sleep, and, the birds were chirping very loudly.
“Can’t sleep, huh?” She said, quietly. I nodded, leaned over, and kissed her. Things progressed rather quickly from there, as we both became buck-naked in this trailer. I asked her if it was okay, and she nodded. When I began, she winced a little, but we continued.
We dated for two years. I’ll never forget her, as I go to my wedding day next week with a different woman. Kaz was my first love; and my first time is something I’ll remember forever.
