I am 15 & Proud-2-B-A-VIRGIN. I don’t see what all the rush is about. If you rush into it your first experience could be a dissapointing one & the first experience I beleive is the most important. You can only give away your virginity once so make sure your ready, it’s the right person, it’s the right time, it’s the right place, etc. When you do have sex I think it should be with your soul mate- who else deserves your virginity?
It is against my religion to have sex before marriage, but even if it isn’t against yours, when you marry someone for love it shows that you are ready to commit & no one will leave the day after or is using you or will leave if you get pregnant, get an STD, etc. If you care enough to marry someone then you probably would want to give your virginity to them making your first time the most satisfying.
Having sex doesn’t make you an adult- being mature enough to make responsible decisions, be responsible for your actions, & making your own decisions instead of falling victim to peer pressure does. Anyone of you could go & have sex so it is not something to brag about, yet it is serious, especially for those who have yet to take that step, & thus should not be taken lightly.
Also, right now you have to worry about aids, S.T.Ds, pregnancy, or getting someone else pregnant & making a big mistake by giving yourself to someone else & realizing giving your virginity to the person you love would have been far better. You could be used & have your heartbroken or labled as easy & getting a bad reputation. Think before you leap into this decision & if you do have sex- USE A CONDOM & “MAKE LOVE NOT AIDS!!!!!”
