I was around 19, and probably more innocent than most of
my friends. I’d dated quite a few guys real casually, but there
just wasnt the spark I required to want to take it to the next
level. It really sucks to be an idealist, you miss out on some
fun stuff. But anyways, things changed when I met this creepy
gothy, computer geek boy in one of my classes. Gilbert was pretty
strange, but he had a certain charisma. He wasnt my type at all,
but it didnt occur to me to mind. I was pretty intrigued by the guy.
He had this weird aura that just made you want to melt! So, we
fooled around a bit, but he was very respectful of the fact that
I was a virgin. It wasnt for any moral reasons, I just hadnt gotten
around to losing the damn thing yet. I didnt think virginity was any
thing special, it just had been an issue of timing and the right person.
But he was pretty adamant that he didnt want to do that to me, it wouldnt
be right, yada, yada, yada. Well, he made me so absoulutely crazy, and
I totally wanted him anyhow. So, things were sort of happening, and clothes
were coming off, and Gilbert looks at me and says “Are you sure you
want to do this?” “Well, I’m naked, so are you, we have condoms, and I
have my own place…C’mon!” So…it happened.(He was well equipped too, I mean
8 inches really isnt too bad) Gilbert was very sweet and
concerned. It hurt a bit, and he kept apologizing profusely. Was I okay?
Was that good? Was this good? And it wasnt too bad. Not the fire works and
roman torches coming out of the sky I expected, but kind of relaxing and uneventful.
Gilbert was more nervous than I was, and he was too nervous to be any good.
When it was over, I was the one that had to hold him, and calm him down, and
assure him that I was okay. We hung out for a few more months, and he did get
better. But when we went our separate ways, I was thankful to have someone who
was really sensitive and sweet, if not thrilling. The thrilling part came a bit
later when I met Andre, but that’s another story.
