My boyfriend, Jim, and I were both home on Summer vcation from Michigan State University. We live in East Tawas, Michigan. One Sunday, we decided to go for a boat ride on the Au Sable River, nearby. Jim’s Dad had a row boat, and we hooked it to his car and drove up North a ways to one of the landing docks.
