Back when I got married in 1955 the Pill didn’t exist and
reliable contraceptives were hard to come by and were in fact
difficult to get in many places. You had to go to the drug
counter and see the druggist to get condoms and that wernt that
good anyway. Back then busted condoms were prety common.
When I got married my bride and I had next to nothing in the
way of usable information on contraception so we just made
like akward ducks in the missionary position. By the time we had
married two years we had a young baby and another well on the
way and then later complements of a busted condom another baby
and then another busted condom and another baby. I love my kids
really four was a bit much.
I really wish that the early years of our marriage could be
recreated today with the reliable contraceptives and good info
on sexual subjects. I say go for it be careful enjoy the
good condoms we have today and ENJOY.
