On Valentine’s Day, 1957: I was 13 & my steady boyfriend Ronnie and I were in the backseat of his Dodge Dart. I
was wearing a whole circle red felt skirt my mom had made for me. Ronnie started to push himself into my crotch. I
became hysterical, knowing I wasn’t ever supposed to be doing this. He pushed maybe one half inch into me, then
pulled back & came all over my red felt skirt. Over the next several months, he methodically repeated this activity, each time literally “inching” toward his ultimate goal (going “all
the way” as we called it back then). Somewhere between Feb 14, 1957 & half a year later, I assume he got all the way in, but unlike most people, I can never say exactly when
my “first time” was because he took many months getting
