For months I have tantalized myself with vivd stories and wild fascinations of sex. I would surf the net seeking, searching for anything that was arousing and FREE! Hours and hours of time for moments of gratification.
O yes, sex is appealing, but its ultimate reward when done through lust is shameful deviance, unhappiness, anger, disrespect for others, laziness, a “mush-brain” mentality, and most sadly and importantly, a complete disregard for God.
Lust and fornication is wrong. In my sin, I knew it was wrong, but I was too callous to care. Of course, my sick state didn’t start like this. It was a finely orchestrated buckling of standards which constantly spiraled downward. I was a slave; an addict to sex.
Fornication and lust is more than perversion and self-gratification, it’s idolatry. Much like Diana, an Ephesian pagan goddess of fertility, sexual deviance has become people’s hope, life drive, religion. What a false hope, what a dead religion. Pleasing for a season, it’s a terrible philosophy to die by.
Especially reviling is this site’s whole purpose of existence. A shrine to the loss of sexual pureness. One more watermark for the steady degradation of a person wrapped in sin.
Please repent of this sin, and ask the Lord for forgiveness. You can have more in life and eternity than temporary fleshly appeasement if you ask forgiveness and accept Christ Jesus. And He is sure to forgive! Psalms 103:12 declares He will remove our transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west. And finally, II Corinthians 5:17 states, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Thank you, Lord, for the joy and peace you’ve given me in forgiveness. By the grace of God over sin and flesh, I will never return to this site again!
