I had been waiting to lose my virginity forever ! I had this one girlfriend since junior high who wanted nothing more than to take it slow. So because I loved her, I put my hormonal feelings aside and came to terms that it would be a long time before I ever had sex. Senior year was awful. We both had been accepted to different colleges on different coasts. I figured we would probably have to break up because long distance relationships never work. The night of our senior prom I held her in my arms as we slow-danced, afraid I would never hold her again. When we were in the limo going home, she suggested we stop at her friend’s house first. A post prom party. I agreed and we went. Her friend and her friend’s boyfriend let us in and then parted. I soon realized that no parents were home. My girlfriend told me she was finally ready to sleep with me and asked if I would join her. We went into some guest bedroom and it was awkward starting off. I unzipped her dress and we were all uncomfertable. I took off my tie and told her to take off my shirt. She slowly, embarassingly unbottoned my shirt. We heard moaning from the room next to us making the situation worse. Her friend had already started. After awhile we got into the swing of the things and went through with it. I can’t say it was the best, but I couldn’t complain for our first time. I enjoyed every moment of it.
We have seen little of each other since graduation, but we still are in love. We have had sex very few times since then, but it has gotten much better. I hope to ask her to marry me soon. Wish us luck !
