I had known of Justin since I was really little. Our parents were friends and we went to church together. I had never really liked him, I always thought he was a stuck-up little dip-shit. I think the feeling was probably mutual. By the time I was 16 and he was 17, I don’t think we had said three whole sentences to each other. But, at 16 and 17, you start noticing little things you never had before. I hadn’t really seen Justin for a while and I wasn’t looking for him. But there he was at 11:45pm pulling up beside me and my best friend at Sonic. We talked for a while and he asked me for my number. I was suprised, but I gave it to him. Soon, we started dating. I was slowly falling or him, he was for me too. So one night about 3 1/2 months later, Justin’s parents went out of town. So, he invited my friends and his friends over for a little party. We were all drinking, and having a good time. I was getting a headache, so Justin took me to lay down on his bed so I could sleep for a little while. He brought me some tylenol, and turned on the tv in his room, then he layed on the bed beside me. I told him he could go back to the party if he wanted and he said he would rather stay with me. I thought that was really sweet so I kissed him, he kissed me back. What happened next, is forever burned in my memory. I can still remember every detail even though it happened 7 years ago, while I can’t even remember what I did last Saturday. At the end of the night, there was a loss, and a gain. The loss of viginity, and the gain of a love. Seven years later, Justin and I are still going strong. Proof that not everything good has to end. I love Justin more everyday. Our wedding is scheduled for January. Follow your heart, and you will be happy.
