Considering the general content of so many of the ‘true stories’ that
pop up on this on a regular basis, I just thought I’d point out the legal
perspective. The laws I’m quoting here are part of the Victorian (a state
of Australia) Crimes Act 1958. It’s probably safe to say that these would
be fairly typical. Here are a few choice tidbits…
Rape
A person commits rape (maximum 25 years imprisonment) if he or she
intentionally sexually penetrates another person without that person’s
consent while being aware that the person is not consenting or might not
be consenting, or if after sexual penetration he or she does not withdraw
from a person who is not consenting on becoming aware that the person is
not consenting or might not be consenting.
Incest
A person must not take part in an act of sexual penetration with a person whom
he or she knows to be his or her child or other lineal descendant or his or her
step-child, maximum penalty twenty years imprisonment. The same goes for your
spouse’s family.
A person who is aged 18 or older must not take part in an act of sexual penetration
with a person whom he knows to be his or her father or mother or other lineal
ancestor or his or her step-father or step-mother, maximum penalty 90 months.
A person must not take part in an act of sexual penetration with a person whom he
or she knows to be his or her sister, half-sister, brother, or half-brother, maximum
penalty 90 months imprisonment. – put that in your pipe and smoke it, perverts.
In relation to incest, consent is not a defence, although proof of coercion is.
Fucking under-tens
A person must not take part in an act of sexual penetration with a child under the
age of ten. Consent is not a defence. The penalty is a maximum of twenty years
of imprisonment.
Fucking kids between ten and sixteen
A person must not take part in an act of sexual penetration with a child aged between
ten and sixteen to whom he or she is not married.
Penalty – 180 months imprisonment if the child was under the care of the defendant,
ten years otherwise. Consent is only a defence if the accused believed the child was
sixteen or older, or was not more than two years older than the child.
Fucking your sixteen year old niece
A person must not take part in an act of sexual penetration with a sixteen or seventeen
year old child to whom he or she is not married and who is under his or her care,
supervision, or authority. Penalty three years imprisonment.
Bestiality (it was there so I thought….. why not?)
A person must not commit an act of bestiality, which is any of the following:
buggery committed by a man on an animal of either sex,
buggery committed by an animal on a man or woman,
penetration of the vagina of an animal by the penis of a man,
penetration of the vagina of a woman by the penis of an animal
– penalty five years imprisonment and a lot of shower sodomy
Necrophilia wasn’t mentioned but I’ll tell you if I find it
Oh, and to all those bastards who go around deflowering dozens of women so
us late bloomers don’t get to do any……. if I find out who you are I’m going
to cut off your testicles, make you swallow them, shove a red-hot poker up
your arse, and then leisurely flog you to death with a razor-tipped nine-tailed whip.
