I remember the wonderful feeling that resulted from shinning
up the climbing pole at the local playground as a young girl!
It was quite accidental,at first, but then became a regular
pasttime for several years! I would shinny up a ways on the
pole and then continue with slow and purposeful leg motions
until I got a warm and tingling feeling all over! Does this
experience bring back any similar memories?
