My wife and I were both virgins when we got married. After the reception we got in our car and headed for the hotel where we planned to stay during our honeymoon. The older couple were very apologetic, as was the manager. As it turned out, the older couple were sent by their adult children to celebrate their fortieth anniversary. The hotel gave us an upgraded room for the same price, and both us and the other couple were given complimentary vouchers for dinner in the attached restaurant.
We ended up eating dinner with the older couple, due to a lack of available tables. It was awkward at first, but then we were laughing about it as we enjoyed our meal. Eventually we found our way to our new room (where the dead bolt WAS intact) locked ourselves in and gave our virginity to each other in private.
