Graduate High School a VIRGIN

I am 20 and still a VIRGIN, I am NOT happy about this.
I remember in 2006 I graduated High School a VIRGIN at the Age of 18.. I feel like such a LOSER
All the other guys had girlfriends, but not me..I am VERY Jealous of all the other guys
I have NEVER had a Girlfriend or kissed a girl, can any girl out their give me advice how to get a girlfriend
