It was a typical 70’s scenario….blacklight posters on the wall, the odor of marihuana in the air, and Led Zeppelin playing in the background. I was hanging out with my best friend and her boyfriend and my current squeeze. As the night progressed, we got a serious buzz on and both couples began to make out in my friend’s room. My friend and her boyfriend on the bed, and me and my boyfriend on the floor beside the bed. It was a long time ago, but I remember clearly losing my virginity as that song “Whole Lotta Love” was playing. Looking back on it, it was hilarious because at one point Robert Plant is screaming “AH AH AH…….WAY DOWN INSIDE….WOMAN YOU NEED ME!!!” etc. To this day, I can’t hear that song without laughing.
